Accessibility
We are fully disabled accessible. The practice has step free access at both our Peckwater and Leighton Road entrances. Most of our clinical space Is on the ground floor. We have designated disabled parking bays available at the Peckwater Street entrance for any patient holding a blue badge. Patients who feel unable to wait in our main waiting area are able to access our sensory room.

Parking
There is on street parking available via permit or pay and display services located on the bear by streets. Caversham Patients who hold a blue badge can access two designated disabled parking bays inside the Peckwater Centre car park and there is additional disabled permit parking located alongside Islip Street.

Out of Hours
Enhanced Access
Our shared out of hours hub operates from the practice Wednesday and Friday 6:30pm to 8:00pm and we open by prior notification for special events and clinics outside of these times.
Life Threatening
Call 999 or go to A&E now if:
- you or someone you know needs immediate help
- you have seriously harmed yourself - for example, by taking a drug overdose
A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a medical emergency.
Urgent But Not Life Threatening
Visit an urgent care centre if:
- You have an urgent medical issue requiring on the day attention
Non-urgent
Use NHS 111 if:
- You need help now, but it's not an emergency
There will be someone to provide you with advice and to direct you to a clinician if it is necessary.
