Book an Appointment
Book a Routine Appointment
Routine appointments are released at 10.30am each working day and can be booked online via Patient Access or the NHS App (the quickest method) or by calling our reception team. Appointments are available with doctors, pharmacists, nurses and health care assistants. If you book a telephone call online, you are welcome to contact reception to convert this to a face-to-face appointment.
If you have an administrative request (for example a fit note) or a simple medical query that can be resolved via a short text or email reply from a clinician then you can submit an online consultation. This route is useful for minor issues where you have not been able to find advice online, for queries about medications or to request tests. Please note that if you have not agreed with a clinician that regular tests are needed (for example to monitor medications for safety) then your online request will be rejected and you will be asked to book an appointment with a clinician to discuss your symptoms. Similarly, if your issue is complex and needs discussion or examination, you will be advised to book an appointment.
Sickness Certificates (Fit Notes)
You must give your employer a doctor's 'fit note' (sometimes called a 'sick note') if you've been ill for more than 7 days in a row and have taken sick leave. This includes non-working days, such as weekends and bank holidays.

Home Visits
Please be aware that our GPs will always call to assess the home visit request first.
If you need a home visit, you can help us by calling reception before 11am.
Telephone: 020 7428 5700
Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible.
You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed. Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the doctor to schedule house calls
You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby.
Change or Cancel an Appointment
Please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your appointment to someone else.
Ways to cancel
1. Telephone us on 020 7428 5700.
2. Cancel an appointment online
